食品检测中农药残留检测技术面临的挑战以及应对策略

摘 要：随着食品安全问题的日益凸显，农药残留检测在食品检测领域成为重要课题。本研究主要探讨当前农药残留检测技术的发展态势，分析食品检测中农药残留检测技术面临的挑战，并针对这些挑战提出相应的应对策略，以期提升食品安全质量。

The Challenges and Countermeasures of Pesticide Residue Detection Technology in Food Detection

Abstract： With the increasingly prominent problem of food safety， pesticide residue detection has become an important topic in the field of food detection. This study mainly discussed the current development trend of pesticide residue detection technology， analyzed the challenges faced by pesticide residue detection technology in food detection， and proposed corresponding countermeasures to these challenges， in order to improve food safety and quality.
