摘 要:淀粉行业作为我国农产品加工工业之一,是国家经济发展的重要保障,与人们的生活息息相关。本文介绍了淀粉及淀粉制品的定义及分类、行业发展主要特点,分析了淀粉及淀粉制品的质量安全状况,并提出了监管建议。

Abstract: Starch industry, as one of the agricultural product processing industries in China, is an important guarantee for national economic development and is closely related to people’s life. This paper introduces the definition and classification of starch and starch products, the main characteristics of industry development, analyzes the quality and safety of starch and starch products, and puts forward some suggestions for supervision.
