Abstract: This article explores the application measures of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in the detection of edible agricultural products, and at the same time analyzes the principles of the detection technology, the detection methods of specific agricultural food types, the detection phase of common problems and solutions, to ensure the improvement of the detection quality and efficiency of edible agricultural products.
