基于食品安全背景下食品检测工作创新发展

摘 要：随着科技的进步和社会的发展，为满足社会对食品安全的需求，食品检测工作也在不断创新发展。本文综述了食品检测的重要性及现状、食品检测工作创新发展的必要性、食品检测创新发展策略，以期为提高食品检测的质量和效率、保障食品安全做出贡献。

Abstract： With the progress of science and technology and the development of society， in order to meet the needs of society for food safety， food testing work is also constantly innovating and developing. This paper summarizes the importance and current situation of food testing， the necessity of innovative development of food testing work， and the innovative development strategy of food testing， in order to contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of food testing and ensuring food safety.
