食品检验检测实验室质量控制分析
摘 要:食品检验检测实验室是开展食品生物化验、安全指标分析等工作的主要场所,食品检验检测实验室质量控制关系着食品安全管理的结果。为了提升食品检验检测实验室的质量水平,本文分析了食品检验检测实验室质量的影响因素和控制现状,并提出了具体的质量控制方法,以期提升食品检验检测实验室的质量水平。

Quality Control Analysis of Food Inspection and Testing Laboratory

Abstract: Food inspection and testing laboratories are the main places for conducting food biological testing, safety index analysis, and other work. The quality control of food inspection and testing laboratories is related to the results of food safety management. In order to improve the quality level of food inspection and testing laboratories, this article analyzes the influencing factors and control status of food inspection and testing laboratory quality, and proposes specific quality control methods to improve the quality level of food inspection and testing laboratories.
