Optimization of Door Control Circuit Design for Improving Train Operational Reliability

Abstract:As a critical subsystem of urban rail transit,thereliability of the door systemcontrol circuit directly impacts operational safety.Based on typical passenger clearance and delay failure cases caused bydoor control circuits,this article systematically proposes circuit optimization and improvement solutions from the perspectives of signal security enhancement,power supply redundancy design,device redundancy configuration,train line redundancy optimization,redundancy streamlining,and fault point reduction. Ultimately,a recommended solution fora safe,reliable,and well-structured door control circuit is formed.
