城轨车辆辅助系统并网供电控制方法研究

Study on Grid-connected Power Supply Control Method for AuxiliarySystem ofUrbanRail Vehicle

Abstract:The auxiliary system of urban rail vehicle supplies MV and LV power source to the vehicle. In conventional cross power supply and extended power supply,when one of the auxiliary inverters (APS)fails, the train needs to operate with reduced load,and the use of multiple MV buses for cross power supply and the intermediate car contactors added for extended power supply will increase the maintenance costs.On the basis of explaining the principle of grid-connected power supply for urban rail vehicles,this article proposes a gridconected power supply control method based on the train network.This method adopts aconcise and efficient network topology structure,without additional hardware or extension of the MV bus length,effectively shortening the start-up time of the auxiliary system and controling the minimum start-up time of the auxiliary systems in the entire train within15 seconds.In addition,hard-wired button signals have been added to solve train network failures,and a software logic control start-up program has been pre-set within the APS system, further improving the grid-connected power supply reliability of the APS system of vehicle. After testing and verification on actual rail vehicles,the proposed APS grid-connected power supply control’ strategy runs smoothly and efficiently and has high practical value.

辅助逆变供电系统(以下简称辅助系统)是城市轨道交通车辆中的关键电气系统之一,其作用是将高压直流电通过辅助系统逆变成中压交流电[1],给整列车提供中压AC380V(含单相 220V) 和低压DC110V供电,为空调、制动空压机、照明、蓄电池等影响乘客舒适度和安全性的负载供电[2]
