基于面向服务架构的机车数据安全采集设备研究

Abstract:The article studies the Tbox device based on the real-time car-end storage and remote uploading of Fuxing locomotive data.The software communication mode and the safe data transmission process in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)has been designed and developed based on the Tbox device,and by integrating the Ethernet TRDP and the communication middleware SOMEIP of locomotive,the data communication mode based on the service publication and subscription mode has been realized between devices of Fuxing locomotive.The design of the service-oriented software architecture provides the Tbox device with flexible renewal function and configuration,allows subscription or cancelling of messages at any time on demand and saves the bandwidth load capacity of the bus,facilitating the subsequent product upgrades and shortening the publication cycle of new functions.In addition,after studying the data remote uploading process of the Tbox device,the safe transmision channel from car-end to cloud-end for the Tbox device data has been designed to ensure the safety and reliability of the locomotive data transmission process. Finally,the real vehicletest on the device has performed inFuxing locomotives and shown that thelocal storageand the remote transmission of locomotive data meet the design requirements.
