Innovative Practices and Effectiveness Analysis of Intelligent Maintenance for Urban Rail Transit Electromechanical Systems

Abstract:Urban rail transit,with its advantages of high capacity,eficiency,safety,convenience,and environmental sustainability,serves as a critical transportation solution for optimizing urban spatial planning, improving commuting conditions for residents,and fostering socio-economic development in cities.Urban rail transit electromechanical systems are characterized bydecentralized equipment,large quantities,and diverse types.Critical facilities such as platform screen doors,elevators,escalators,fire protection systems,and Water supply/drainage instalations are directly linked to operational safety in train operation,fire prevention, flood control,and passenger services. These systems play a vital role in ensuring both safety and service quality under large-scale network operations,constituting a key component of metro operators’production management.Building upon advanced domestic and international best practices,this paper analyzes the current O&M status of urban rail transit electromechanical systems.By incorporating Chengdu Metro’s innovative O&M applications,it examines the tangible outcomes achieved through data-driven development and management innovation in electromechanical system operations. The study provides valuable references for enhancing intelligent O&M eficiency and quality in urban rail transit electromechanical systems.
