Ideological-Political Education in Standardized Clinical Pathology Residency Training

Abstract： Ideological-political education plays a vital role in medical talent cultivation，particularly in strengthening professional ethics，social responsibility，and humanistic spirit. Current standardized training for clinical pathology residents faces chalenges including weak top-level design，monotonous teaching formats， insuficient faculty capacity ， and inadequate evaluation mechanisms.To address these， institutions should systematize pedagogical frameworks，innovate instructional methods，enhance faculty development， and perfect quality assessment systems. These efforts facilitate deep integration of ideological-political education with pathology curricula，maximize the value-orientation and educational function of curriculum-based ideological-political education， and establish a tripartite educational mechanism （across currcula，processes，and scenarios） to advance residents’holistic competency and high-quality medical education development.
