Spirit of Educators ： Guiding High-Quality Development of the Teaching Workforce

Abstract： The spirit of educators holds profound significance for advancing high-quality development of the teaching workforce in the new era： providing spiritual guidance for self-improvement， charting trajectories for professonal growth，and constructing new paradigms for Chinese-style educational modernization. Its logic in leading such development manifests through rigorous internal coherence： forging sublime professional faith with ideals of serving the nation；cultivating profound responsibility through exemplary speech and conduct; honing pedagogical excellence via wisdom that enlightens minds and tailors teaching；energizing endogenous vitality through diligent learning and earnest practice；shaping noble professional character through dedication to teaching and devotion for students； and expanding global educational vision via the misson of cultivating minds through culture.Pathways for transforming this spirit into tangible driving forces should focus on improving long-term mechanisms for professional ethics， optimizing integrated recruitment-cultivation systems， exploring diversified growth channels，and fostering social respect for the teaching profession.
