Abstract：With theaccelerated developmentof the digital economy，digital transformationhas becomeaninevitable pathfortheinspection industrytoenhancecorecompetitivenessandachieve high-qualitydevelopment.Traditionalinspection institutions often face problems suchasdata islands，disordered processes，low efficiencyandlagging managementin the administrationofbranchlaboratoriesinvariousregions.Thispaperaimstostudyhowtorealizeeficientintegratedmanagement oftheparentlaboratoryandbranchlaboratoriesbyconstructingasmartinspectioncloudplatformunderthebackgroundofdigital transformation.Firstlytispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthraditionalmanagementmode.Secondlyitexpoudsthe corearchitectureandfunctions ofthesmartinspectioncloud platform，focuses ontheenabling mechanismof theplatformin four aspects：dataproces，knowledgeanddecision-making，andelaboratesthe practicepathof“frompoint tosurfaceandstep-bystepprogresion”.Finallytroughtheanalysisofexpectedresults，thispaperprovestheimportantsignificanceofthisodein improving operation efficiency，datavalue mining，servicequalityandriskcontrolabilityofinspection institutions.
