Research on the Design of Integration Framework and Verification Path for Civil Aircraft PHM Systems Oriented to Forward Design

Abstract:ThecivilaircraftPHMsystemservesasacoresupportforensuringthesafetyreliabilityandcost-efectiveness ofaircraftthroughout tentirelifecyle.Itsintegrationprocessinvolvescomplexcross-systeandcro-velollboration. Basedonthe systems engineering approach,this paper systematicallyanalyzes theenginering realization logic of civil aircraft PHMsystems byfocusingonthe forwarddesign,integrationrequirement developmentandverificationpathsofPHM systems.Firstlyit proposes aforwarddesign framework that takes the healthmanagementfunctionalchainas the main line, andonstructsahierarchical designpath fromtheoverallaireraft functionalarchitectureandsubsystem functiondefiitionto component-levelphysicalimplementation,soastoguaranteetheeffectivecoectionbetweenhealthmanagementcapabiltes andflightsafetyojectives.Secondlyitestablishesanitegrationverificationpathcoveringthecomponentlevel,subsstem level,systemlvelandoveallircaftevel,andfowtestemverificationlogicofteV-modeltosureamic consistencyand airworthinesscomplianceof thesystem under multiple workingconditions and modes.Theanalysis pointsout thattheintegrationengineringofthePHMsystemisnotonlyadepintegrationofhealthmanagement,avionicsintegration andairworthesscertification,butalsoawhole-procssclosed-looontrolprocessbasedonthesystemsegineingapoach. This paper provides a systematic methodology and enginering path support forthe independent research and development of China’scivilaircraft PHMsystems,aiworthiness enginering practiceandtheconstructionofhealth managementcapabilities for large-scale complex systems.
