Abstract：Aimingattheproblemsof information bariersandbusiness colaborationcausedbytheindependentoperation ofVarious heterogeneoussubsystems，thisresearchaims tobuildaninteligentservicesystemthatintegrates informationrelease， intelligent schedulingand comprehensive managementandrealizes thecolaborative operation of people，objects and the environment.Thesystemadoptsaierarchicalchitecturebasedonmulti-sourceperceptualdataandintegratesmultiplesubsystems suchas public transportation，environmentalregulationand publicservices trough heterogeneous data fusionand processing technologies.Aplicationverificationshowsthatthesystemefectivelyimproves therfiementlevelofregionalmanagementand cros-systemcollborationefciencyandprovidesafeasibleslutionfortheconstructionofanintegratedintellgentservceodel.
