Abstract： Driven bytheDRG/DIP payment reform，hospital informatization is transforming from technical support to acoreengineforvaluecreation.Bybuildingaunifieddatamiddleplatformand integratingclinicalandmanagementdata，the systemaccuratelysupportsdiseasecostcontrolandcinicalpathwayoptimzation，andefectivelyguidesresources tocomplex andseverecases.ThishelpsimprovetheCMIindexandtheproportionoflevel-foursurgeries，anddrives hospitals toachieve conotative development.Against this backdrop，constructingaperformance monitoring platform withthedata middleplatform asthefoundationintellgentanalsisasthengeandprocesclosureastegalisofprofoundsignfcance.Tisplatfois notonlyacoretoolforleanmanagementbutalsoservesasaclinicalassistantandapatintsafetynet.Itrealizescompreensive improvements inmedicalquality，eficiencyandsafetythrough data-drivenapproaches，and finalypromotes thesuccesul transformation of hospitals toward lean management and smart healthcare.
