Design of Intelligent Pan-Tilt Control Based on FPGA

Abstract: In view of the problems of the traditional pan-tilt control systems,such as the response lag and the weak adaptabilitytotheenvironment,thepaper proposes apan-tiltintellgentcontrolscheme basedontheField Programmable Gate Array FPGA)according to the temperature monitoring requirements of the power equipment.The system employs an FPGA asthecorecontrollrndintegratesig-precisiontidesensostofacilatereal-teatitudedatacquisitio,mul-sor datafusion,andoptimizedclosed-loopPDcontrol.Experimentalresultsindicatethatthesystemachievesadjustmenttiesof 52~103 ms for small angular deviations (<20∘) and 148~166ms for large angular deviations (>30∘, ).Notably,thesystem exhibits noovershoot,minimal steady-stateeror,andonsistentlyrapidandstabletransientresponse.Thedsignsigiicantly improvestheeal-tieperformanceandprecisionofpan-tiltcontrol,makingitsuitableforindustralapplicationssuchaspower equipment monitoring.
