Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on SuperTwisting Sliding Mode Control

Abstract: With therapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the intellgence and informatization level ofmotorsystems have becomeanesential foundation forachieving high-performanceequipmentcontrol.This paperproposes an intelligentsensorlesscontrol method for permanent magnet synchronous motors basedon the super-twisting sliding mode algorithm.Thealgorithm isconstructedasanembedded information-procesing node,whichcanbeappliedto motor state estimation inthe InternetofThingsandcloudcontrolsystems.Fromtheperspectiveof intellgent information processng,a second-ordersuper-twistingcontinuouscontrollawisusedtoplacethsignfunctioninthetraditionalslidingmode,efectively suppresingspeed observation chateringandimproving the smoothnessandaccuracyof state signal estimation.The algorithm features fastconvergenceand strong robustness,enabling high-precision motorsignal acquisitionanddata fusionundercomplex operatingconditions.MATLAB/Simulink simulationresultsshow thatthe proposed methodoutperforms traditional sliding-mode observers inbothdynamicresponseandsteady-stateperformance,demonstratingpromisingapplicationprospects ininteligent manufacturing and high-performance computing platforms.
