Abstract: With the continuous improvement of equipment informatization level,the proportion and scale of software in military equipment increasesignificantlyandsoftwareis thecoreandsoulof theequipment system.However,thesearch and development processof equipment software iscomplex,and its requirements have prominentcharacteristics suchas high complexity,frequentchangesand strict traceabilityrequirements.Traditionalrequirementmanagementmethodscannolonger adaptothechallengesof modem equipmentresearchanddevelopment.Tosolvethe problemsofvaguerequirementdefinition, uncontroledchanges,diffcult multi-partycoaborationandpoortraceabilityinthewhole lifecycle,thispaperdesignsand proposesan integrated managementsystem forsoftware requirements orientedto the whole lifecycleofequipment.The purpose is to solvethe problems of information islands anduncontroled changes in traditional requirement management through standardizedandsystematicrequirementmanagement,realizetheitemization,structuring,standardizationandvisualationof requirement management,support thetwo-waytraceabilityand impactanalysis betweenrequirementsandkeyR&Delements such as design,test anddefect,soastoimprovethe effciencyandqualityofquipment software development and provide strong support for the digital R&D of complex equipment.
