Abstract:This paper focuses on precision equipment in laboratories to solve practical problems such as low effciency of manualinspectionanddelayed fault waring.This paperconstructsafour-layerarchitectureconsistingofaperceptionlayer, transmissionlayer,platformlayer,andappicationlayer.Multiple typesofsensorsaredeployedatkeyparts oftheequipment to colect operating parameters.Data processingand analysis areconductedrelyingoncloud-edgecollboration technologyand AIalgorithmmodels,and multi-terminal visualizationdashboardsaredeveloped.During the six-month trial operationof the platform, the fault warning accuracy reaches 100% ,the average fault-free operation time of equipment increases by 81% ,the data acquisition error rate is controlled within 2% , and more than 1.2 million pieces of equipment operation data are accumulated. This platform promotes the transformation of laboratory equipment management from passive response to active prevention, providing a practical solution for the intelligent management of precision instrument centralized scenes.
