Investigation on the Current Status and Development Path Analysis of the Economic Forest Industry of Lingbao Jujube

Abstract： Relying on its long history and unique producing environment， Lingbao jujube has become a characteristic pillar industry boosting regional economic growth and rural revitalization in the region. Starting from the analysis of relevant development policies for China’s economic forest industry， the basic production value of jujube in Lingbao area is investigated. It is found that the development model driven by both technology and brand is the key to building a modern industrial cluster. The sound development of the Lingbao jujube industry is based on the establishment of a tripartite cooperation mechanism among farmers， enterprises and the government. As the foundation of the industry， farmers ensure product quality and share value-added benefits of the industrial chain through standardized production and cooperative management. Enterprises are regarded as the market engine， improving product added value and expanding market scope through intensive processing， brand building and integration of the three industries. The government creates a favorable environment for industrial development through top-level design， policy support and brand supervision. Meanwhile， active transformation of concepts is required for all parties， including embracing the digital economy， introducing financial instruments， exploring ecological value and innovating business models， so as to realize the upgrading of Lingbao jujube from a local special product to a modern industrial cluster. The formation of a full-chain development pattern of “production-processing-marketing-cultural tourism” in the Lingbao jujube industry is conducive not only to industrial efficiency improvement and farmers’ income increase， but also to providing a referable “Lingbao Scheme” for the industrialization of characteristic agriculture in the province.
