Comprehensive Control Measures of Walnut Anthracnose

Abstract： Walnut is a common fruit crop in people's daily life. It can be either eaten fresh or processed into a cultivar of food products， which not only enriches the fruit market but also increases the economic income of growers. However， in walnut cultivation， anthracnose causes severe damage to walnuts， resulting in yield losses of varying degrees every year. Especially in July and August under high temperature and humidity conditions， this disease occurs extremely severely， leading to massive fruit drop and mummified fruits， which seriously affects the yield and quality of walnuts. The pathogenic causes， harmful symptoms and occurrence regularity of walnut anthracnose were analyzed， and comprehensive control measures with multiple approaches were proposed， aiming to provide references and guidance for walnut growers.
