Innovation and Exploration of Talent Training Mode for Traffic Engineering Supervision in the New Era

Abstract：With the vigorous development of traffic engineering construction in the new era， the requirements for traffic engineering supervision talents have been increasingly raised. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the competency requirements for traffic engineering supervision talents in the new era， explores the existing problems in the current talent training mode， and puts forward a series of key innovation points. The research aims to provide a reference for the reform and improvement of the talent training mode for traffic engineering supervision in the new era， so as to cultivate high-quality supervision talents who are more in line with the needs of the industry.
