[Abstract]Withtheincreasingincidenceofmalignanttumorsyearbyyear，theclinicalaplicationofradiationoncologyhas increasedsignfatlyndgfofeioataltsgadiatocsntolocaldial cationplaysanimportanroleineringofdatioocoloastersudents.Wileiprovignicalabiltdeogicald liticalducationshouldbestrengthenedtoenhancethesenseofself-worthandsocialmisionofmedicalstudents.Thisstudyusesthe ideologicaladplialeducationofdationocouulutouildasientificarrplaingducatioste，te comprehensivequalityandabilityofstudents，mprovethequalityofadiationoncologtalentraining，andmaketemmoresuitablefor the job after graduation.
