[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the efectsof anetworked precision management protocol based on enhancedrecoveryaftersurgeryonsymptomburden，qualityofife，andpostoperatierecoeryinderlystricancerpatints，ndtoprovideevidecefor optimizing peroperative managementintispopulatin.MetodsAtotalof116elderlypatientssheduledforradicalgastrectomyadmittedtothe DepartmentofGeneralSurgeryofJiangsu CancerHospitalfrom January2O23 toDecember2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroup，with58casesineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedconventional perioperativecare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedtheenhancedrecoveryaftersurgerybasednetworkedprecisionsymptommanagement protocol.The MD Anderson symptom inventory（MDASI）wasused toassessymptomseverity，andtheEORTCQLQ-C30 wasusedtoevaluatetequalityoflifeofpatients，andpostoperativerehabilitationindicatorsandincidenceofcomplicationswereompared.ResultsThe MDASIscoresofteobservation groupwerelower thanthoseofthecontrolgroupataltimepointsaftersurgery （ P<0.05 ）Onthe14thdayaftersurgery，theoverallhealthstatusandfunctionaldimensionsoftheobservation group were higherthan those of the control group（ P<0.05 ），and the symptom dimension score was lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The observationgroupadshortefirstexhaustie，firsteatig ti，fistgeingoutofedtime，andpostoperatieospitalizationtiecompared to the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.ConclusionThe symptom networked precise management scheme based on enhanced recovery after surgery can effectivelyreducetesevertyofperioperativesymptomsinlderlygastriccancerpatients，rovidinganewpathforerioperativemaagement of elderly gastric cancer.
