糖尿病肾病(Diabetickidneydisease,DKD)是一种微血管并发症,约 20%~40% 的1型或2型糖尿病(Diabetesmellitus,DM)患者会出现 DKD 0DKD患病率逐年增加,目前的治疗方案虽然可以减缓DKD进展,但不能阻止或逆转肾脏的损害[1]虽然DKD发生发展的病理生理学机制不是非常明确,但是慢性炎症、氧化应激、肾纤维化、钙磷代谢异常及细胞自噬可能是导致DKD发生发展的重要原因,Klotho蛋白在以上病理过程中扮演了重要的角色[2]

Klotho蛋白被誉为“抗衰老守护因子”,可维持肾脏功能和全身代谢稳态。(剩余13890字)
