[Abstract]ObjectiveThisstudy preliminarily discussedtheanti-aging mechanism of KangxinOral Liquid by studying its efectsonoxidativestresandintestinalflora inagingrats.MethodsTheagingratmodelwasestablishedbyD-galactoseinduction, andKangxinOralLiquidwasgivenbygavageatthesametime.Thebodyweightwasmonitoredandtheindexesofthebrain,spleen, liverandkidneywere measured.The levelsofsuperoxidedismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)andeactiveoxygenspecies (ROS)inserum and organs were measured.Theefectof Kangxinoraliquidonthechanges in gut microbiotacausedbyaging was studiedby16SRNAsequencing.Tecorelationbetweeintestinalfloraandoxidativestress indexesasaalyzedResultsKangxin oralliquidcouldsignifcantlyincreasethebodyweightandorganindexofagingrats,reducethelevelsofoxidativestressfactosser umandrgans,ncreasetheabundanceofbeneficialbacteriassuchasPseudoflavonifractorandRuminococcaceae,educethebundancefharmfulbacteriassuchasClostridialesandmaintainthehomeostasisofaging-relatedgutmicrobiota;theabundanceofClostridiales,PseudoflavonifrctorandRuminooccceaewassiificantlyelatedwithSOD,DAandROSlevels.ConclusionKangin Oral Liquidcan anti-aging by reducing oxidative stress injuryand regulating intestinal microbial changes.
