[Abstract]Alzheimer'sdisease（AD）isaneurodegenerativedisorder marked byprogresivecognitiveimpairment，witha complexpathogensisandlimitedeficacyofxistingtherapies.insenosdegl，apricipalactivecostituentoftetradiioalCineseherbginseng，significantlyenhancescognitivefunctionandallviatesneuronaldamage.Ithaslatelybecomeafocusofresarchin Alzheimer’sdiseasetreatmentduetoitsulti-argetbeneftsandlowtoxicityisarticletoroughlyxaminesthemechanismthough which Ginsenoside Rgl influences Alzheimer's disease，including the regulation of autophagy，inhibition of Aβ deposition，reduction of Tuproteinhspryltolvtifoflmatiproventofoebolisders，eiflke efects，andmodulationofteut-brainaxis.Thereviewseekstotablishatheoreticalfoundationandprospectivetherapeuticaproaches for Ginsenoside Rgl in the intervention of Alzheimer's disease.
