[Abstract]Withtheintensifyingaging trendinChina，increasingthenumberof geriatric medicinedoctorshasecomeaprimarysolutiontomtthegrowig medicaldemands.Geriatricmedicine master'sgraduatesarethecorereserveforceforgeriatrichealth careprofessionalsHowever，inanyregiosofthecountryhisfeldisstillinisarlysages.Againsttebackdropof“Double First-Class”initiative，tejintrainingmodelseressacucialpathayfortediversifiedandspecialieddevelopmentofratric medicaleducatio，plaingsignifcatoleincuivatighiqualityprofioals.ispapestoaethimpactoftejt training modelunderthe“DoubleFirst-Class”policyonthecomprehensivequalitiesofmastersstudentsingeriatricmedicine.Itexploresthechallengesinimplementation，suchasresoucealocation，coordinationamongcooperatinginstitutions，ndqualityassur ance，whileproposingcorespondingstrategiestoprovidevaluablerecommendationsfortheultivationofgeraricmedicinemasters students in China.
