Research on Optimization of Concrete Mix Proportion and Temperature Control Maintenance Technology for Bridges

Abstract:Inordertoimprovethecompressivestrength ofconcreteinurban bridgeengineringandoptimizethetemperature controlcuring process tomeetthe material performanceandconstructionqualityrequirementsofbridgeconstruction,thisstudy focuses on the optimization of concrete mix proportion and temperature control curing technology for a certain 800m cast-in - placeconcretebridge.Optimizeanddeterminetheconcretemixratiobyanalyzing theinfluenceof mixparametersonthe compresivestrengthofconcretethrough experiments.Theconstructioniscompletedundertheconditionofconstanttemperature of 60 C for72 hours,combined with steam curing technology and layered pouring and precise vibration technology.Real time monitoringtechnologywasusedtocomparetheperformanceofconcreteunderdiferentflyashdosagesand temperaturecontrolled curingparameters.Theresultsshowedthat throughratiooptimizationand temperaturecontrol curing technology,the compressive strength of bridge concrete exceeded 400MPa at 90 days of age, with a range of only 3.06MPa at each monitoring point.After 12O days,the strength growth tended to stabilize,with an increase of ⩽0.5% ;The displacement is controlled within 3.5mm andthereareno structural cracks,which verifies that this technologycan efectively improve the uniformity of concretestrengthdevelopmentandvolumestability,meting highstandardconstructionrequirements,andprovidereliable technical support for the high -quality construction of urban bridge engineering.
