Abstract:Toinvestigatetheinfluenceofdiferentcuring methodsonthe strengthofgeopolymerconcrete.Through experiments, thecompresivestrengthof geopolymerconcretewith diffrent water-glueratiosand diferentstel fibercontentunderfour conditions:standard curing,filmcuring,dry aircuring and combined curing were studied,and the hydration behavior of the concretewascomparedandanalyzed from the microscopicscale.Theresultsshow thatthe hydrationreactionof geopolymer concretecanbeefectively promoted intheearlystageof standardcuringandfilmcuring,andadensergel structurecanbe formed,therebysignificantlyimprovingthecompresivestrength.Dryaircuring leadstoincompletehydration,increased porosity,andrelativelylowcompressivestrengthduetorapidevaporationofwater.Theinitialcuringconditionshadasignificant impactonthesubsequent strengthdevelopment,andthespecimens that wereconverted todryaircuring after3days of film curing had thebest strengthdevelopmentcomparedwithother groups.Thelow water-glueratioand the incorporationof steel fibers alsoplayanimportantroleinthecompresive strengthof geopolymerconcrete.Research findingscanprovidereferences for related applications.

地聚物混凝土(GeopolymerConcrete简称GPC)作为一种新型的绿色环保建筑材料[1,自20世纪70年代由法国学者Davidovits[2]首次提出以来,经过数十年的发展,逐渐成为建筑行业关注的焦点。(剩余8817字)
