Study on Durability of Concrete Mixed with Construction Waste and Fly Ash

Abstract:Studythedurabilityperformanceofrecycledconstructionwaste aggregateandflyash mixed concrete invarious harsh environments,explorethesynergisticmechanismofthetwo,andprovidetheoreticalbasisfortheresourceuilizationof industrialsolid waste.Prepareconcreteusingrecycledconstruction wasteaggregatesandflyashasdual admixturematerials, andsystematicallevaluateisdurabilityperformance under freze-thawcycles,salineenvironments,andacidicenvironments. The results showed that when the fly ash content was 15% ,the compressive strength of concrete was the highest,with a mass loss of only 0.02g and a corrosion resistance coefficient of 0.996 ,exhibiting the best corrosion resistance and long- term stability,and good durability. When the content of recycled aggregate is 30% ,the relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete remainsatahighlevelinvariousharshenvironments,andthestructuralstabiltyisgod.Thereisasynergisticehancement effect between fly ash and recycled aggregate,and an appropriate amount of fly ash ( 15% )can fill the interface pores of recycled aggregate to improve compactness ; Moderate recycled aggregate ( 30% ) can significantly improve frost resistance and corosionresistance.Flyashandrecycledaggregates haveasynergisticenhancement efect whenmixed inappropriateamounts, whichcan improve thecompactness,frostresistance,andcorosionresistanceofconcrete,andhavegood engineering application prospects.
