Research on the Optimization of Concrete Mix Ratio and Frost Resistance of Prefabricated Box Culvert

Xinjiang Road and Bridge Engineering Construction Co.,Ltd., Urumqi 830021,China;2.Collge of Transportation and Logistics Engineering, Xinjiang Agricultural University, Urumqi 83O052, China) Abstract:Inorder tooptimizetheC4Oboxculvertconcrete.the influenceofwater-glueratio,externaladmixturecontentand flyash contentonthecompressivestrengthandflexural strength ofconcretewasstudied through singlefactortest,andthenthe responsesurface modelwas established basedonthe Box-Benhnken responsesurface methodtoobtain theoptimal mixratio and verify its utility in practical engineering.Based on the model, the optimal mix ratio is 0.38, 24% and 1.46% respectively, and the water- cement ratio is 0.37, 25% and 1.5% respectively. Based on the Maximization of concrete mix ratio,the concreteperformanceimprovementeffctisobvious.TheWeibullmodelwasused toanalyzetheresultsofreeze-thawcycleson concrete samplesandtoestimateitsfreeze-thaw life,which isrelevant inpractical engineringfortheuseofC40concretein plateau and windy areas.
