Abstract The in一depth integration of Party building and business is a crucial measure to implement the Party's comprehensive leadershipover public hospitals and promote their high一qualitydevelopment.Through the establishment of an organizational structure and working mechanisms fortheintegration of Party buildingand businessinlogistics，including logistics decision一making，Tongji HospitalAfiliatedto Tongji Medical Collgeof Huazhong Universityof Science and Technologys Logistics Grasroots Party Committeehas enhanced itslogistics service capabilities through a pro ject management model of "Party building + X".This approach has explored a practical path for the integration of Party buildingand businessinthe logistics department of public hospitals，promoted the organic integrationof Party building andbusiness work inhospital logistics，builtatalent pipelineforlogistics，and significantly enhancedthebrand efectof logistics.
