Abstract ObjectiveTo systematically integrate the authentic experience， practical dilemmas，and promotion strategies of humanisticcare among medical staff，providing references for further promoting humanisticcare practice among them.MethodsA systematic search was conducted for qualitative studies on the practical experienceof humanisticcareamong medical staffin domestic and international databases.Through literature screening and quality evaluation，thearticles included foranalysis were determined，and the results were subjected toa meta一synthesis.Results A totalof 17articles wereincluded foranalysis，from which 59 research themes wereextractedand categorized into 15 categories，ultimately forming fourintegratedfindings：medical staff perceive multiple benefitsof humanisticcare practice，personal factors hindering humanisticcare practice，external factors hindering humanisticcare practice，and promo tion strategies forhumanisticcare practice.ConclusionIt is essential tostrengthen medical staffs awareness and emphasis on humanistic care and enhance their caring practice capabilities；actively addressmultiple challenges to create a supportivecaring environment;and abandon theold model of "moral advocacy" to develop a new model of "sustainable practice" for humanistic care.
