Abstract Evaluating the implementation effect of standards is a necessary component of achieving full lifecycle management of standards.Focusingonthe evaluationof theimplementation efectof the Beijinglocal standard Specification for Seting upof First Aid Station，this paper explores the management practices in standard execution surrounding the standard promotion processThese practices include online promotion and publicity，organizing training sessions for standard disemination and implementation，establishing standardized construction indicators，and advancing standardized construction througha"battle plan withvisual charts"approach.This provides a reference for the efective implementation andcontinuous optimizationof the standard，as welas insights for promoting thestandardized constructionof prehospital emergency medical.
