AbstractObjectiveTo establish a scientific,systematic,and operable performance appraisal and evaluation systemfor administrative functional departments,aiming to promotecontinuous improvement in thequalityof hospital administrative functional departments.MethodsBy employing literature analysis and expert interview,thecurrent status of performance appraisal infunctional departments was analyzed. Starting from the hospitals long-term vision,the supportand guaranteesof "digital hospital"and "hospitalculture" were integrated,atargeted performanceappraisalindicator database for functional departments was established using the PDCA management tool. Additionally,by introducing contractual performance management theory,each functional departmentsigned anannual comprehensive target evaluationresponsibility agreement.ResultsUnder the efective operation of the contractual performance evaluation indicator system,a ‘ ⋅1+9+5 " cadre performance appraisal system was deepened,achieving the management goals of high quality,eficiency,and low consumption.ConclusionThecontractual performance appraisal and evaluation systemforadministrative functional departmentscan efectively mobilize the work enthusiasm offunctional departments and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of hospitals.
