Abstract Rapid Health Technology Assessment （RHTA） serves as an evidence-based decision一making support tool，facilitating rapid decision-making throughastreamlined process ofevidence synthesis andevaluation.This assessment system is an adaptive adaptation of traditional Health Technology Assessment （HTA）and has been widely applied inpharmaceuticals，examination technologies，diagnostic technologies，non-pharmaceutical treatmenttechnologies， andtesting technologies.For the access and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） health technologies， RHTA demonstrates certain applicabilityinachieving evidence一based management in medical institutions，mting the decision一making needs of diverse populations，and conducting rapid assessments of emerging technologies. In the future，the application and developmentof HTA in the fieldof TCMcan be promoted by developing methodological guidelines for TCM health technologies，constructing a multidisciplinary talent pipeline training model，and formulating implementation standards for RHTA in TCM.
