Abstract Nursing assistants are a crucial force in addressing the challenges posed by the aging population. To further improve nursing services，this study focuses on the structural contradictions and developmental dilemmas in the management of nursing assistants，explores the establishment of a long-term mechanism for standardized management of nursing assistants，and implements four-dimensional management initiatives："training enhancement （addition）， process Optimization （subtraction），humanistic value adition （multiplication），and risk prevention and control（division）".These initiatives systematically address the challenges in companioncare services，achieving synchronous improvements in service quality，management eficiency，and patient experience，and providing referential experience for the standardized management of nursing assistants in medical institutions.
