Abstract：Objective Data mining wascariedoutthroughthecloud pltformofancientand modern medicalrecordstoanalyze the medicatinrulesoftraditionalChinesemedicineinthetreatmentofpulmonarynodules.MethodsTheliteraturerelatedtoTCMtreat mentof pulmonary nodulescolected inCNKI，WanFang DataKnowledge ServicePlatform（WanFang），China BiomedicalLiterature ServiceSystem（SinoMed）andVIPdatabasefromtheself-builtdatabasetoJuly1，2O24werecomprehensivelysearched.Relevant TCM prescriptionswere importedintoExcelandstandardizeddatabasewasestablished.Finally，TCMfrequencystatistics，Mattributeanalysisasociationruleanalysis，clusteranalysisandoterdatamining processingwerecarredouttroughthecloudplatformsoftwareofancientandmodernmedicalrecords，soastoexplorethecharacteristicsandrulesofTCMdruguseinthetreatmentof pulmonarynodules.ResultsAtotalofO1literatureswereincludedinthestudy，andOlprescriptionswererecorded，withatotalof 206TCMflavors.Frequencyanalysisshowedthatthetop1OChineseherbswerepetllria，oyster，poria，Astragalus，pinellia， bupleurum，tangerinepeel，whitehizome，licorice，andplatycodonplatycodonTheirmedicinalpropertieswerewar，theirtaste wassweet，andtheirchannelwas mainlylung，liver，spleen，andstomach.1Ocombinationsof highfrequencydrugcompatibility wereextractedbyassociationuleanalysis，ad5orecombinationswereobtainedbyclusteranalysisConclusionTraditioalCinese medicineismainlyusedtotreatpulmonarynodules.Startingfromlung，liverandspleen，itadoptsthemethodsofclearing heatand detoxifying，drying dampness and expelling phlegm，soft and hard dispersing.
