Abstract：Miu needlingisaspecial thornmethodrecorded intheclasicofChinese medicine in China，the Huangdi Neijing， whichisoftenusedinthtreatmentofvarouspaisinlinicalpractice，andthefectisemarkable.Tispapertracsteoiginaltext oftherelevantchaptsofteHuangdi NeijingandteviewsoftesagsanddoctsoftepastdynasisonthMiunedling，ises themechanismofactionoftheMiunedinginthetreatmentofdiseases，andaalyzsthatthetreatmentofdiseassbytheMiundling shouldfollowthetreatmentprincipleof“treatingtherightdiseaseontheleft，eliminating itlikeChen，andbalancingtheviscera”.

缪刺法源于《黄帝内经》，对各类痛症有着确切的疗效，但《黄帝内经》中对缪刺法的论述晦涩难懂，且年代久远，后世医家对缪刺法的理解亦有偏差，致使缪刺法未能得到充分重视。（剩余6473字）
