Abstract：RadiationEnteritisisoneoftheseriousintestialcomplicationscausedbyradiotherapyforabdominalandpelvicmalig nanttumors.Ispathogeesis isomplexandunclearandconventionalwesternmedicinetreatmentislackoffectivenessProfessor GuYunfei，linkingtheancienttothepresent，combinesdiseaseandsyndrome，andputsforwardthatradiatioenteritis isloselyre latedtothespleeandstomachItspathogenesisisdeficiencyinoriginandexcessinsuperficiality，whichreferstotheweaknsof thespleenandstomach，dysfunctionofspleeintransportisterootof tedisease，andthedamp-heattoxinandbloodstasis inthe intestinearetheindicators．Tus，ProfesorGUemphasizestherecoveryofspleeandstomachtransportandtransformationfunction. Atthesametime，onthebasisofactivatigspleenandtonifyingsplen，itisappliedtoclearingheat，coolingbloodandtransfoing stasis，harmoningbthqiandbod，supplementedbyregulatingotherafectedviscera.Inaword，thetreatmentinadiationteritis is based on activating spleen and achieves the goal of simultaneous treatment of root and tip.
