Optimization of Water Extraction Process for Xiaoer Qingre Xiaoji Oral Liquid by Orthogonal Test

Abstract:ObjectiveTooptimizethewaterextractiontechnologyof XiaoerQingreXiaoji OralLiquid.Methods Usingextraction times,extractiontimeandwateramountasfactors.Takingthecomprehensivescoreofthedryexractyieldandcontentofberberine hydrochlorideinthextractastheevaluationindex,orthogonaltestwasemploydtooptimizetheextractiontechnologyofXioeringre Xiaojioralliquid.ResultsThebestseparationconditionsareasfolows:themobilephasewasacetonitrileandO.O5mol/LKH2PO4 solution (adding sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.72 z per 100 mL and then adjusting pH to 3.0 byphosphoric acid)(50:50),the detected wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 30Y .The concentration of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the ranges of 3.10-12.40 μg/mL ( r=1.000 0 ).Additionally,the average recovery was 101. 18% ,RSD was 1. 83 % ( n=9 )·Theoptimalextractionprocess wasadding10foldsof water,extractingtwice,extracting for1.5heachtime.ConclusionTheoptimizedprocessisfeasibleandstable,whichcanprovidedatasupportforthestandardizedproductioofXiaoerQingreXiaojioraliquid.
