Abstract：“Zhaoji Huayuan”comes fromHuangdi Neijing，whichbelieves thatallthings intheuniversehaveevolvedfromnothing，andhavetheentialpropertisofhomologandisomorpism.Itbuildsaolographicodeloftheuniverseandepictseinitialstateofteorigioflife.Frotheperspectiveof“uan”，tispaperexplorsteistoricalorigin，teorigialmeaningoftheet andthephilosophcalbackgound.Startingfromthiochemicalnature，functioalaributes，andtransportandhemicalaracteis ticsof“yuan”，itfurtherreveal themainconnotationof TCMholographicviewof lfe，includingthreeaspects：holographyoftime rhythm，holography of common space，and holography of life field state.
