Abstract：Sweatingsydromeisaphenomenonofabnormalsweatingof thebody，whichiscommonanddificulttotreatinclinicalpractice.Itsignificantlyimpactspatients’qualityoflife，physicalwelbeing，andmentalhealth.LiDongyuan’sdiscusioon sweatsyndromecanbefoundscateredinvariousvoumesanddoosofhisworks，involvingawiderangeofetiologyandpathogeesis. ThroughsortingoutL’stypicalelatedprescriptions，theuthorsummarizedLi’suseofclassicpresriptionsinthetreatmentofsweat syndrome，focusingontheclasificationof interalinjuryandexteralsensation，providingnewideasandgudingprinciplesforthe clinical diagnosis and treatment of sweat syndrome，and thus improving the daily life quality of patients.
