Abstract：Interaldiseases arediverseand present with variedsymptoms，significantlyimpacting patients’physicalandmental healthTrditionalCnesemeiceexcelsindifretialdagosisndtreaent，asellastreaingdifrentdiseassieae therapy.ProfesorWangShuhuai believes thatalldiseases originatefromliverqidisturbances.Inmodernsociety，fast-pacedliving andvariusfactorscanafectthesmoothflowofliverqi.Whenliverqifailstoascendnddisperseproperly，iteventuallyleadsto stagnationandobstructioncausingdiseases.Understandingtetransmsionofliverdiseasetothespleeniscrucialfordagosingand treatingvariousilnessesThisarticlesummarizesProfessrWangsclinicalexperienceintreatingmiscellneousintealdiseass throughtelensofliver-spentheory，elaboratingonhisdagnosticandtherapeuticaproachesforconditionssuchasesualir regularities，eczema，cancer，andoralulcers.Through fourmedicalcases，Ihavegainedadeeperunderstandingof Professor Wang's use of Xiaoyao Powder in treating various internal disorders.
