Abstract:Byintegratingthemodifiedstraingradienttheory(MSGT)andtherefiedhigherordersheardeformationtheory(RHSD,this studyproposesadynamicmodelforadouble-layeredmicrobeamconnectedbyaWinkler-Pasternakelasticinterlayer.Tegoveing diferentialequationsandboundaryconditionswere derived.Forthecase wherebothupperandlowerbeams aresimplysupportedatboth ends,theanalyticaloutionforthesytem’sfreevibrationwasobtaiedusingNavirsmetodToeficientlysolvecomplexboundaryvalue problemsa3-node weak-formquadratureelementbasedonthe Gauss-Lobatoquadratureandthediferentialquadraturemethodwas developed,featuring C2 continuity.Following rigorous validation of the model's effectiveness,the energy participation criterion (EPC)and themodalasuaceieoACereitrodcedtvesigateteifueneofatealsaleraeendeasticitef onthesystem'svibationfrequenciesandmodesaps.Itisevealedtatsheardeformationeectssignificantlyimpacthgheroderodes, withthisinflucedmisgastedestieass;tlaritweakerboudaryostratstyicallydoatestevibatin initialyfolowedynalteatigdomiancepatewitheoreconstraiedlye;thlasticitelayerpysaiticaloleduring asynchronousvbatiomodsndangesinitstifscaniuceodtrasioona.TeCantitativelyactete mechanismsbywhichinterlayerstifnessandmaterialscaleparametersinfluencesystemmodelocalizationandtransitionbhaviorThe developedmodelandmethodologyprovideanefectivetheoreticalframeworkandbenchmarkdatafopredictingandanalyzingthedyamic behaviorofmult-ayermicrobeamdevicesinmicroelectro-mechanicalsystems(MEMs),oferingvaluableinsightsfortheroptiized design.
