Abstract:Durigteoperationofelectricvehicles,extealexcitationinducescomplexvibratiosintedriemotorbeaingsTiscauses impactsbetwenthitealolingelementsandacewas,eadingtosuddenvaratiosinoilfiticknesandanicreaedrisofsaft currentdamage.Tesephenomenaacceleratefatigue wearandshortenbearingservicelife.Toadressthisissue,thispaperestablishesa dynamicmodelforanalyzingtheimpactbetweentheinerandouterringsofthebearingundernon-stationaryextealexcitation,which enablesefetivepredictionofitsvibrationcharacteristics.BasedonHertancontactthoyandaoninearspringmodel,amethodfor calculatingtheadialdynamicstfessoftebearingisproposedsimultaeouslyonsideringbothearanceandrolerpositionngle. Buildingpontisfoudatioeiprocsofotactipactseparatioisalydbapingdsplaceeteciatiotoeter ring.Adyamicmoelofteimpactprocessbetwntheradouteingsisostructdeveaingtevaratiopatesoftilfim supportingforceduringtheimpactevent.Simulationandexperimentalresultsdemonstratethattheproposedmodelalignswellwith experimentaldataisorkprovdeseliableteoreticalsupportforivestigatingtemehansmofsafturetdamageandpredictigte service lifeof bearings in electric vehicles.
