耦合曲轴振动的柴油机翻边轴瓦润滑性能分析

Abstract:Thejoual-thrustcoupledbearigisaspcialtpeofsidingearingtatitegatesjoualandthrusptsUnderrshating conditions,itsjoualandthrustpartsbearloadssimultaneously,causingthelubricationperformancetobeafetedbythecombined influenceoftejoua-tstduastrucurecouplingectandakshaftratioTooreacuatelyeludatetetrasintlubication characteisticsofthejoua-thustcoupledbearingunderdynamicloadingconditionsandenhanceitsoperatioalreliability,thisstudy establishedadualstructurelubricationcoupligrelatiosipforthejual-thustcoupledbearingbasedontecotiuityonditiosofoil temperature,presure,andflowatthejoual-trustinterface.Atransienttheralelastohydrodynamicmixedlubricationmodelwas developed,cosideringtejoual-tustcoupledlubricationefectBasedonthis,airectioaloupligaalysismethodforaksat vibrationandthlubricationofjoual-thrustcoupledbearingsasestablisedusingtie-varyingoilfmstifnessasthelink,andthe influenceofcrankshaftvibrationonthebearinglubricationcharacterisicswasanalyzed.Teresultsshowtat,comparedtotradioal methodsthatsolecankshaftvibrationandbearinglubricatiosepaatelythelubricationpeformancecurveoftejoual-thrustcoupled bearingoveritsoperatingcclechanges inshapewhenobtainedusing this model.Additionally,themaximumoilfilmpresurepercycle decreases,whileteminimumoilfithcknesperccleicreases.Thismodelprovidesamorecomprehesivetheoreticalfoundatioand methodological toolforhigh-precision lubricationcalculationsofcrankshaft journal-thrust coupled bearings.
