Abstract:Rotordynamicbalancingisoeofthekeyproesesimanufacturingmagneticlevitationrotig machieryHoweereisting balancingmetdqiemultileralnstaiiflueecofits,tusesutinginlceyoreeltcot fortherandomdistributioncaracteristisofunbalanceandtestabilitydiereesamongdierentmodaloders,leadingtoiefeece betweenow-andodevbratiosuringalacngwhichakesitifclttometvibatiovelreqrementsacrossttieed range.Toadressthsessuesanptizationmetdforbalaedistrbutioimageticeviationflexibleotorswioutralightsis proposed.Fist,mageticg-feibleotosemdelissabisd,aduknoparaeeseentifdouhmolesting andclosed-loeiTodel'scaciseidsedestadadext,otobaacedistrbuiosid usingeastquaresfitgbasedovibratiodatafroasingleunuptest.Fnallteealpartoftosed-ooppolesisusedtoaactee thestabilityofachodalderandmodalspiiclangweightcoeficientsaredsigedWitthectivesofinion massand vibrationdisplacement,theNGA-IgeneticalgorithisemploedtooptiizethebalancingsolutionExperimentalresults demonstrate that the proposed method reduces the maximum rotor vibration displacement by up to 65% ,achieving effectivebalancingacross all modal orders whilemeeting ful-speed-range vibrationrequirements,thereby validating its effectiveness.
