精细护理在复杂肾结石患者行多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术中的应用效果观察

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudytheplicationofrefinednursinginmulti-tractpercutaneousneprolitotomyforcomplexrenalcalculi. MethodsFroJaary2toJuly62atintsitplexnaluliudergoingultiractprtaeosepoltotoisi CountyPeoplesHspialwereseleedsudysutsUsingdoumbeabletd，ttintsereuallidedtodo（ 31）andcontrolgrou（n=31）esudygouasiveneidsigandtheotrolgopasgiveroutineursinghesifet （opati hemorhageateioeoulahils）usiisfactondalitifeopadosesulsdo demonstratedsignifcantlyshorteroperativetiearliertietofirstambultionandeducedospitalstaomparedwithteotrolgoup additionally，the studygroup exhibited lower intraoperativeblood loss（ P <0.05）.The total complication ratewas significantly lowerand nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the study group versus the control group（ P <0.05）.The intervention group showed significantly higher scoresthanthotroloiallaiffoisseetiocudgicalctiycallll competence，and material living status（ P<0.05 .Conclusion Theapplication of refined nursing in patients with complex renal calculi undergoing multi-chaelaeisiolpifcodifffs to avoid the occurrence of various complications，which is worthy of clinical application.
